The Wrap-Up: February 1, 2012

And so begins Black History Month!

Plans are for a "Buffett Rule" bill to be introduced into the Senate today.

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has a prediction about the winner of his state's primary. Given who that winner was, I'm sure conservatives hope Rubio is wrong.

While the repeal of DADT was undoubtedly a good thing (despite doomsday prophesies of social conservatives), gay soldiers are still not equal to their straight counterparts under the law.

Might Congress finally address America's huge infrastructure problem? Only if they can get over themselves. gotta love election year politics.

Elizabeth Warren has a knack for hitting the nail on the head.

America is steadily getting Debate Fatigue. I can't imagine why...

The homophobic mayor of Troy, Michigan may be gaffing her way to a recall vote.

And lastly, it's funny to hear marriage equality opponents attempt to justify their position sometimes, especially when it's based on misinformation.
