The Wrap-Up: April 2, 2012

Tomorrow is Primary day in Maryland, Wisconsin, and Washington D.C.

Paul Ryan, the House budget "expert," got caught with his foot in his mouth. Oopsy...

A Detroit high school's education is so bad, the students are actually protesting for a better education. Honestly, I'm at a loss for words on this for multiple reasons.

Being completely homophobic no longer holds the same allure (and political advantage) it once held in the Republican party. Definitely a good thing.

A 71-year old Texas woman decided it would be a good idea to beat people with a cane while shouting homophobic slurs. Ain't she great...?

A Republican Attorney General is suing over the Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare"). The difference between him and his fellow GOP'ers: he thinks Obamacare does NOT go far enough.

A UK Cathoilc leader is talking about the church relaxing (what ever that really means) its attitude on same-sex civil marriages.

When it comes to political figures and such, I rarely get surprised. Mike Huckabee, however, had me a bit (pleasantly) gobsmacked.

And lastly, some Fox hacks think "Hunger Games" has a conservative message.
